This Policy does not apply to any other services from other third parties, except for activities with information collection in this Policy. For other services, the privacy policy and other personal information collection and use rules specified to you by Huaqiu Sellers shall apply. For example, when you the membership of a supplier or brand, the use of member information by the supplier or brand is subject to the rules specifically specified to you, including marketing to you, etc.

a. Basic membership services
We will provide service through your HQonline account. When creating a HQonline account you will need to provide us with at least your email address, intended membership name and password. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register a HQonline account, and you can only use browsing and search services.
To make sure we are serving you personally, we may verify your identity based on the information you provide above. If there is a need to confirm your membership status according to law (including withholding taxes for you, administrative law enforcement or identification of relevant subjects in judicial proceedings), you authorize us to obtain relevant authentication information of your account from HQonline for the above purposes.
We will determine your current grade according to your huaqiu account usage and the account grade calculation rules set by the platform, and provide you with the basic rights and interests corresponding to the account grade.

b. Additional membership services
Special membership benefits: If you choose to provide your real name, gender, date of birth, place of residence, nickname, avatar and other personal information that is not required for registration, we can provide you with more personalized membership services such as membership birthday privileges. If you provide a nickname and avatar, your nickname and avatar will be displayed publicly.
Real person authentication: You can provide corresponding identity information (ID card, passport, household register and other id information), biometric characteristics (static or dynamic facial features) according to the authentication requirements, to complete the real person authentication. If you want to use the enhanced account protection function, to completing the above real-person authentication, you can also choose to enable voice print encryption or scan your face to log in and provide voice print or facial feature information.

Authorized login: We may share your account information (avatar, nickname and other information prompted on the page) with third parties after your consent, so that you can easily register a third-party account or log in directly with a third party. In addition, we may obtain your third-party account information according to your authorization, and bind it with your HQonline account, so that you can directly log in and use our products and/or services from third party. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your authorization and consent.

And the operations you perform of the Products and services on HQonline Platform or associated with your HQonline  account (You may use products or services provided by us and/or affiliated companies through your HQonline platform account at links provided by us or other products/services provided by us), including the centralized display of your personal information, preferential rights and trading orders through the HQonline account. We will respect your choices regarding HQonline Platform Services and HQonline Account Settings.

4. Functions of adding, following and sharing

When you browse our website or client-side, you can add the products you are interested in to shopping cart, establish a following relationship with the merchants/brands/other members you are interested in, and share the product/service information with third parties through the functional components we provide. In the process of using the above functions, we will collect service log information including the records of your favorites and shopping cart, attention following and follower and sharing history for realizing the above functions and other purposes expressly stated by us.

5. Help you complete order placement and order management

When you order specific goods and/or services, we will generate an order for you through the system. In the process of placing an order, you need to provide at least consignee's name, delivery address, and the consignee's contact number. For some special types of goods and services, you also need to provide other information necessary for the goods or services, such as overseas transactions, you will need to provide your ID number to complete customs clearance.

6. Help you complete the payment

In order to complete the order payment, you need to bind your HQonline account and select the payment method. We will give your HQonline account member name, order payment related information, order security related information and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws through HQonline software tool development kit embedded in the application (software tool development kit is described in this Privacy Policy (referred to as "SDK" in the rights policy) and other methods shared with HQonline. If you choose other financial institutions provide you payment services, we will also share your bank card payment information including bank card number and validity period with the corresponding financial institution you choose.

In order for us to know and confirm your payment progress and status in a timely manner, and to provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect payment progress-related information from the transaction partner you choose, HQonline or other financial institutions you choose.

You can view the account information bound to your HQonline platform account or apply to change the bound HQonline account.

7. To help complete the delivery of goods or services to you

In order to ensure the smooth, safe and accurate delivery of the goods and/or services you purchased and to provide you with the services you purchased, we will provide the delivery information of the logistics information system and technical services, which will be provided according to the goods and/or services. 11. Other additional services

In order to provide more convenient, better quality and personalized products and/or services which better for your experience, we may collect and use your personal information in additional services.  If you do not provide such information, it will not affect your basic using such as browsing, searching and purchasing with HQonline, but you may not be able to obtain the user experience by these additional services.

17. How do we store your information

To understand traffic and diagnose technical issues, we log individual web requests. These logs include request times, personal IP addresses, referrers, and user agent strings. We may keep these logs for up to 60 days, but after one week the personally identifiable information will be hidden.

To prevent fraud and detect malicious behavior, we log IP addresses for certain actions, such as creating customer accounts and placing orders. This information will be automatically deleted after no more than 60 days.
